Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment.
Full payment must be completed prior to or on the day of the event.
Cancellation and refund policies apply (see section 4).
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event: 80% refund of the advance.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund.
Any rescheduling is subject to availability.
Accurate details must be provided at the time of booking.
Any last-minute changes to guest count or menu must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
The client must ensure proper facilities at the venue (electricity, water, etc.) for smooth operation.
We must be informed in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies. While we take utmost care, we are not liable for allergic reactions due to undisclosed food sensitivities.
Aroma Spice shall not be liable for:
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, accidents).
Any damages or loss beyond the scope of catering services.
